Many workers are already using AI, and business leaders who act on this momentum face a significant opportunity. Identifying four archetypes of employee sentiment can help companies understand where encouragement might be needed, say McKinsey’s Hannah Mayer, Lareina Yee, Michael Chui, and Roger Roberts.
