INTRODUCTION:
In today's fast-moving world, many managers and supervisors are expecting to deal with human resource issues. They may need to develop job descriptions, take part in interviews, or take responsibility for employee performance. We often hear the line manager questioning why they are doing the HR job when they are supposed to focus on operation.
In this course, we will explore why line managers are required to manage their human resources and the role played by the Human Resources Department in Human Capital Management.
