Our ORO POS doesn't require internet to operate, however, you need to connect your terminal with the internet to activate the license through our server. Before you start the process make sure you have downloaded the ORO POS demo files that suit your business. If you are not sure which one to pick, you can start with the Multi Order POS demo. In the last step, you will find the steps to migrate from Floreant POS or building your ORO POS from the scratch.

1. Unzip & Run

  • Windows demo ships with Java 8. So you may need to install Java.
  • Unzip the downloaded zip file.
  • Run ORO POS application(oropos.exe) file.
  • Install Oracle JDK 8
  • Run from Command line 
  • java -jar oropos.jar
